The Easiest Hot and Sour Noodles

The noodles are reserved. The thin noodles are delicious, and they are cooked as soon as they are cooked.

Add peanut oil to the pot, add chopped green onions, and then add an appropriate amount of water.

Tips:
Don't cook the noodles for too long. When cooking the poached eggs, use a low heat. The big fire will slurp.
