The Most Romantic Jelly

Preparation: Soak the agar in warm water to soften

Add fruit scented tea with rock sugar and honey to make tea soup with 200ml of boiling water

Put the soaked agar in a pot of boiling water and heat it on low heat, stirring slowly until it is completely melted

Filter the melted agar slurry and add it to the brewed fruit tea soup

Dice the fruit and put it in a mold for later use

Stir 2 to fully fuse, and pour into the mold containing the diced fruit

After letting cool, put it in the refrigerator to set the shape.
Tips:
Experience: Fruit scented tea has a sweet and sour taste. It is ok without rock sugar honey, but the sourness is too strong and the taste is not good. Adding fruit also makes the taste richer. When brewing tea, put more fruit scented tea. This way the color is deeper, richer and more beautiful.
