Put all the ingredients of the bread body except the butter into the bread bucket, and knead the dough through a kneading process until a thick film is formed.

Put it in a basin, cover with plastic wrap, keep it in the refrigerator for more than 10 hours, and ferment to twice its size. I kneaded the noodles the night before and kept them in the refrigerator until noon the next day.

The next day, take out the dough and warm it up, and at the same time you can start making pineapple skins. The butter is softened at room temperature. After beating until it turns white, add salt, sugar, and milk powder and mix well. Add egg liquid in 3 times and mix well. Add low powder and mix well until smooth. Divide equally with the dough into 9 portions.

Take a portion of the pineapple skin, round it and flatten it, preferably with a thick middle and thin edges, as shown in the figure, wrap the bread dough with your right hand from the outside to the inside, let the pineapple skin slowly "climb" onto the dough.

Tips:
