Three-color Yogurt Mousse

Two pieces of matcha cake base (pressed out of small mousse rings)

Put the cake slices into the mousse ring, and use a cake mold on the bottom with tin foil

125 grams of unsweetened homemade yogurt, add 25 grams of sugar and stir until the sugar melts

Soak 4 grams of gelatine in cold water, then add an appropriate amount of yogurt and heat insulation water to melt it

Mix the cold gelatin liquid with yogurt and pour into the mousse ring, put it in the refrigerator and freeze for 25 minutes

In the same step, soak 4 grams of gelatine to soften, add yogurt to melt in water, let cool, pour into 125 grams of yogurt with 25 grams of fine sugar, mix well, add a drop of food coloring, and mix well.

Pour into the mousse ring and refrigerate for a few hours to solidify

When demolding, wrap the mousse ring with a hot towel to demold

Cut three-color mousse, beautiful and delicious
Tips:
Put each layer of mousse filling in the refrigerator for 20 minutes before taking it out. Do not freeze for a long time, as it will freeze and affect the taste. The last layer of mousse filling can be refrigerated.
