Three-dimensional Yogurt Cheesecake

The more widespread molds on a certain treasure are pink ones, which are slow to freeze and can be demolded for at least 24 hours. Some people take 37 hours. I suggest you buy this transparent style that I use. It freezes quickly and is easy to demold. Wash and dry the water, freeze it in the refrigerator for half an hour (it is easy to condense when drawing patterns after freezing).

Use ganache (chocolate 1: whipped cream 1) to draw the eyes, nose, and soles of the feet (you don’t need to draw it, just the natural color). You can use the prepared mousse liquid to color the ears and the soles of the feet

After freezing the nose for half an hour, we can make mousse, the recipe for frozen cheese with yogurt.

20 grams of gelatine tablets, soften them in ice water (you can put a few ice cubes directly in cold water).

Add 80 grams of sugar to 80 grams of milk and boil, stir until the sugar dissolves.

The refrigerated 240 grams of cream cheese is heated to soften. If you don’t soften, as long as you make sure that it will be even and fine after mixing with milk (someone keeps small particles in the process, which is the reason why it is not softened and not evenly mixed).

Adjust the color of the cheese paste. Apply a layer of cheese paste evenly on the inside of the mold on the front and back sides, so as to prevent any gaps when pouring the cheese paste in the future. Freeze for half an hour at this step.

I used cake base + ice cream filling + cake base to make a cake filling, as shown in the picture, you can also directly use the middle of the cake base to put liquid in the middle and freeze it before taking it out.

This step is very important. It is one of the secrets to ensure that the bear’s head does not fall off. You must insert a cookie or a straw or a lollipop paper stick into the cake body, so that there will be a strong guarantee in the future bumps.

Tips:
1. The yogurt personally thinks that the flavor of aloe vera is relatively fresh and fresh. If you use the original flavor, please be responsible for your own ingredients. Don't blame others for the bad taste!
2. I freeze this recipe overnight and take it away after demoulding. The box is packed in an air-conditioned room for three hours. The surface does not run water and the core is still slightly hard, so the recipe is the key, and the key is to freeze it through.
3. When packing the box, stick the bear on the base with ganache paint, and draw a few large and small hearts on the blank space of the base so that it will not appear so sudden.
4. The sandwich part can be mixed with a bit of homemade jam. It is very delicious. Do not use fresh fruits!
5. If the prepared cheese paste is thin and fluid, try to paint a color of clothes or make a sweater with vertical stripes. Don't make horizontal stripes, you will cry to death!
