Three Layer Berry Milkshake

Mix soy yogurt with banana and vanilla powder until creamy and pour into three different bowls.

Add wheatgrass powder to one bowl, add mashed strawberries to another, mash the lingonberries (or cranberry powder) to the last one, and mix well.
3.
Layer the three mixtures into a jar, and place puffed buckwheat and a spoonful of black molasses on top.
