This dish is steamed with green onion, ginger, carrot shreds and salted fish tail. Because salted fish is very salty, even after soaking, the salty taste is very strong, so I use green onion ginger and carrots to match it. Onion and ginger can remove the fishy taste. Carrots are rich in vitamins and also combine the salty taste of salted fish. "

1. Ingredients: salted fish tail.

2. Accessories: carrots, green onion and ginger.

7. Steam on high heat for 15 minutes.

8. Shred the ingredients, green onion, ginger and carrot.
