Three Shredded Salted Fish Tail

Ingredients: salted fish tail.

Accessories: carrots, green onion and ginger.

Soak the tails of the salted fish for more than 5 hours, changing the water in between.

Wash it off the scales.

After scoring the knife, put it in the plate and pad it up with chopsticks.

Boil water in the pot and put it in the steamer.
7.
Steam on high heat for 15 minutes.
8.
Shred the ingredients, green onion, ginger and carrot.

Put the steamed fish tails into the plate, and decan not the overflowing soup.

Add a little juice to enhance the flavor.

Heat oil, add three shreds and stir fry evenly.
12.
Put it on top of the fish tail, pour in hot oil and serve.
Tips:
1. Because salted fish tails only have a salty taste, add a little bit of juice to help improve freshness.
2. The fish tails are different in size, so the steaming time is for reference only.
3. When steaming fish tails, use chopsticks to cushion them to facilitate steam convection and make them cooked evenly.
