Tom Yum Noodles

Ingredients: A pack of Thai Tom Yum Goong noodles with sour and spicy shrimp flavor.

There are two sachets of soup stock. There are mainly lemon leaves, lemongrass, chili and shrimp, which are unique to Thailand. The thick soup is a combination of hot and sour sweet and salty and strong spice flavors.

Just adjust the amount of ingredients to your favorite taste. Or buy Tom Yum Goong instant noodles like me, the taste is the same. The vegetables used can be changed freely according to preference.
I don't like it too sour. I added fresh mint to dilute the sourness and highlight the spiciness and fragrance of fresh mint.
