Two-color Coffee Custard

Prepare the ingredients you need and divide all the ingredients into two equal parts

First mix 70g cream, 100g milk and 15g sugar together

Gelatine is washed with cold water, and it is slightly soft

Put the gelatin into the milk and heat it in water

After the gelatin is melted, add the coffee and stir

Put the milk and coffee into two piping bags respectively

First squeeze a layer of coffee milk, put it in the freezer for 15 minutes, add the original milk after solidification
