My friend took a bag of wheat germ and put some in it when making soy milk, which is more nutritious and delicious. Wheat germ, also known as malt powder, germ, is golden yellow granular. Wheat germ is taken from 1.8% of the essence of wheat, contains 15 kinds of nutrients, rich in vitamin E, protein, dietary fiber, etc., and has a very high nutritional value.
There happens to be a ready-made small package of rice beans (containing soybeans, gorgon, black beans, buckwheat) at home, and one bag is made exactly once. "

Ingredients

Wheat Germ Rice Soy Milk

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Wash the rice beans (my rice beans are not soaked, I use dried beans)

3. Pour into the soymilk machine, add water to between the high water mark and the low water mark

4. Pour wheat germ

5. Install a broken wall cover on the soymilk maker (the cover should be removed when the porridge is cooked)

6. Set dry bean/wet bean function

7. The soymilk machine enters the working state, the dripping sound sounds, the work is completed, and it is directly consumed without filtering. (If there is no filter-free function, filter the slag)

Tips:

1 Do not add water to the soymilk machine above the maximum water level, it will overflow
2 Soymilk is not filter-free, it needs to be filtered. Also pay attention to whether it has the function of dried beans.
3 If you have time, you can soak the beans overnight in advance to make them more fragrant
4 My bag of rice beans and 1/5 of the wheat germ are just a small cup (the cup that comes with the soymilk machine)
