Whitebait Stir Fry

Soak the dried whitebait in clean water for about half an hour and drain the water.

Marinate with a little soy sauce pepper and set aside.

Cut the leek flower into sections.

Heat the pan with more oil than stir-fry, then pour the marinated dried whitebait into a slow fire.
5.
Stir-fry the whitebait until it dries and serve.
6.
Continue to use the oil in the pan to pour the leeks and stir fry for a while.
7.
Add the nuts and fry together with a little salt.
8.
Then pour the dried whitebait and stir-fry evenly before serving.
