Yam, Carrot and Pork Bone Soup
1.
Wash the pig bones and put them in boiling water and fly over the cold river (boil in boiling water for a while and pick up the cold water).
2.
Put the bones flying over the water, the pitted red dates, and the soaked scallops (water) into a large soup pot and add cold water. Turn on the high heat and turn on the medium heat for 10 minutes, and then let the low heat for one hour.
3.
Cut the carrots and quasi-yam into pieces.
4.
Bone the bones for an hour.
5.
Add carrots and yam cubes and cook together for an hour. Use a spoon to stir two or three times in the middle to prevent the ingredients from sticking to the bottom of the pan. Season the soup with salt.
Tips:
Before the meat bone soup is boiled, it is generally necessary to fly the water over the cold river first, to remove the blood water to make the soup sweeter. I personally think that yam should be more delicious than carrot soup
