Yellowtail Flounder with Scallion Oil

Remove the scales of the yellowtail flounder, clean it, make a few cuts on the back of the fish, and place it on the plate.

Turn it over and make a few openings at the bottom, and apply some salt.

Put green onions and ginger shreds, and pour in some cooking wine.

Boil a pot on the water and steam on high heat for about 10 minutes.
