Yunnan Rice Noodles

The raw materials are shown in the figure;

Put the dry rice noodles into the pot, boil it with appropriate amount of cold water, turn off the heat after boiling for 2 minutes, and simmer for 8 minutes.

Take out the water for later use;

Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot, then add the fungus powder, Zhaotong sauce, and water to a boil;
5.
Add the chopped sausage and cabbage to cook;
6.
Put the rice noodles into the cooked soup;
Tips:
1. I bought the ready-made seasonings. If you don’t have one, don’t worry, you can make soup according to your own existing seasonings.
2. For the northerners, dip with water is sesame pepper and chili noodles; the fungus powder can be replaced by thick soup or broth; Zhaotong sauce can be understood as hot sauce.
3. You can put some vegetables, quail eggs or other things at will. This is my breakfast. The inventory at home is limited and it is not that complicated.
