A Tomato Rice

Prepare arowana fragrant rice first.

Wash the fragrant rice and soak for 10 minutes.

Add a little rice oil and an appropriate amount of water. The water is a little bit less than usual, because the tomatoes will produce a little water.

Slice the sausage and peel the tomato. (You don't have to go).

Cover the lid, boil the water on high heat, turn to medium heat until the water is dry, turn to low heat and simmer until the rice is cooked, turn off the heat and simmer for 2 or 3 minutes. (This step can be done directly in the rice cooker, which is more labor-saving) Open the lid, mash the tomatoes and mix well with the food and start eating.
Tips:
Peel the tomato by inserting a chopstick from the pedicle and roasting it on the fire for a while. The skin will split on its own or soak it in hot water for a while.
