Abalone with Sauce

Prepare all ingredients.

Remove the internal organs of the abalone. Rinse with clean water.

Cut a cross knife on the abalone for better flavor.

Add a little sugar and suitable water to the abalone juice and stir well for later use

Peel the garlic and chop into minced garlic.

Put the abalone in a pot of boiling water. Steam it on high heat for 5 minutes. If the abalone is a little smaller, steam it for 3 minutes.

Tips:
The abalone I bought is bigger and steamed for 5 minutes. If it is smaller, steam it for 3 minutes. When making the abalone sauce, use a low heat, stirring constantly.
