Whole egg and fine sugar, stir well with a whisk

Add corn oil and stir well

Add red dates yogurt and milk separately and mix well

Sift low-gluten flour, baking powder and baking soda together

Add the sieved powder to the well-mixed milk, cut and mix evenly with a rubber spatula
6.
Add dried cranberries and mix gently with a rubber spatula
7.
Use a spoon to scoop the batter into the paper film about 7 minutes full
8.
Preheat the oven at 180℃ and bake for about 25 minutes
