Second, you have to be able to make ice cream. It's very simple. Just beat 2 egg yolks with 50 grams of sugar until slightly whitish. Heat 150 grams of milk. It can't be opened. Pour in the beaten egg whites and mix and stir. The too hot milk blanched the egg yolks.

Pour the milk and egg yolk mixture into a pot and cook on low heat until it is halfway through.

Add 150 grams of whipped cream and mix, you can add some pulp, the plums and apricot puree I added in the middle. Lay it with an ice cream machine, put it in the refrigerator, and cut it into macarons with a circular cutting die before eating.

Green is matcha cream frosting. That is, 100 grams of softened butter, 85 grams of whipped cream, 5 grams of sugar, 15 grams of matcha powder, to be smooth, use a piping bag and squeeze it. The reason why the cream is added is to prevent the macaron from inhaling too much moisture from the ice cream. Affect the taste.
