Air Pot Grilled T-bone Pork Chop

Cut the large T-bone pork chops apart, they are too big, cut into small pieces and easy to roast;

Make a marinade, use a bowl, put 1 tablespoon Lee Kum Kee oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon light soy sauce, 1 teaspoon dark soy sauce, 1/3 teaspoon black pepper powder, 1/4 teaspoon baking soda, 1/2 large brandy Spoon, mix thoroughly, the mouth of the leader is not good, so add an appropriate amount of baking soda, under normal circumstances it can be omitted;

Put the meat in a bowl of juice and rub it with your hands, then use a chisel or sharp knife to make a hole to make it easier to taste, and then massage each piece of meat with your hands;

Spray a layer of vegetable oil in an air pan container, put in two T-bone steaks, set 360°F and 8 minutes, turn the other side when the time is up, if the meat is big enough, set 370°F and 5~8 minutes, Then check whether the meat is well cooked. Roast on both sides in turn until the meat is well cooked. After the meat is cooked, put it on a plate and mix with tomato and onion diced.
Tips:
1. For pork chops, we generally like to choose T-bone chops. T-bone chops have more omentum, a little fat and thin, and the meat is tender.
2. Do not use a wire brush when cleaning the air pot. After using it, soak it in hot water and detergent for one or two hours to clean it.
