In fact, I saw Nanning Xiaoyu made this almond tofu on the net last year. The finished product she made made people fall in love with at a glance, but she was too lazy and never did it. Osmanthus honey, children like it very much.

Almond Tofu

1. All preparation materials

2. Gelatine slices into small pieces

3. Pour an appropriate amount of water into the container and put the gelatin tablets in to soak hair

4. After washing the almonds a few times, pour it into the food processor and pour 200g of water into the juice.

5. Pour the almond juice into a sieve and filter to remove the residue

6. Pour the almond juice into the milk pan, add the sugar and boil it, turn off the heat

7. Pour pure milk into the milk pan

8. Add the soaked gelatin slices and mix well until melted

9. Pour the almond juice into the container and put it in the refrigerator for 3 hours

Tips:

1. Gelatine tablets must be soaked in cold water to soften
2. The mashed almond juice should be sieved, the taste will be more delicate
3. If you don't have almonds, you can use almond milk instead
4. If you don’t have gelatine at home, you can choose isinglass powder or agar.
5. After the almond juice is boiled, it is best not to put gelatine slices immediately, which will affect the coagulation ability
6. The prepared almond tofu will taste better with some sweet-scented osmanthus honey or jam
