Almonds Mixed with Carrot Moss

Put the almonds in the oven and bake them, take them out and let them cool, then put them in a fresh-keeping bag and use a rolling pin to crush them.

Put the chili in a wok and slowly fry it over a low fire until fragrant. Then, it will be served and let cool.

Crush the chilled peppers in a garlic mortar and set aside.

The radish moss that you bought is removed from the old stems and leaves, and then rinsed in water.

Put the washed radish moss in a pot of boiling water and blanch it for one minute, then take it out and let it cool.

Put the cold radish moss on the cutting board and chop it.

Wash the coriander and cut into sections, peel the garlic and chop into puree.

Put the cut radish moss into a large bowl, add coriander, garlic grated, and soy sauce.

Add salt and paste chili powder and mix well.

Add the mashed almonds and mix well and serve.
Tips:
1. The blanching time of the radish moss should not be too long to prevent the dish from turning yellow and unsightly.
2. The amount of paste chili powder is added according to personal taste.
