When I am away from home, one of my favorite dishes is ants climbing trees, but in fact, such a simple dish can be made at home. Speaking of ants climbing trees, it is said to be related to Dou E described by Guan Hanqing. Dou E uses small pieces of pork to mince, add vermicelli and stir-fry for her mother-in-law to eat. Because the minced meat is pasted on the fans, it looks like an ant crawling on a branch. The mother-in-law not only admired the delicious food, but also gave this dish a vivid and interesting name-ants on the tree.

The fresh and tender minced meat is matched with the refreshing fans of Q bombs, and the skill of serving meals is simply invincible! Savoury, delicious and attractive in color, you must try this classic home-cooked dish

Soak the sweet potato vermicelli in cold water until soft, drain the water and set aside. (If you bought the vermicelli for a long time, it is best to cut it in advance before soaking. If you use Longkou vermicelli, the soaking time should be shorter.)
