Ants on The Tree

Soak the sweet potato vermicelli in cold water until soft, drain the water and set aside. (If you bought the vermicelli for a long time, it is best to cut it in advance before soaking. If you use Longkou vermicelli, the soaking time should be shorter.)

Lean pork meat is chopped into minced meat; green onion, ginger, mince. Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, heat it to 50% hot on medium-high heat, pour in the minced meat and stir-fry until white.

Add scallion ginger, bean paste and cooking wine, stir fry evenly.

Pour water slightly soaked in minced meat into the pot.

Add the soaked sweet potato vermicelli.

Stir in the light soy sauce and dark soy sauce again for about 3 minutes until the vermicelli is colored and soft, and the juice is collected.

Reserve an appropriate amount of soup, turn off the heat to serve, sprinkle a little chopped green onion, and the ants are on the tree!
