Apple Pie

Peel and dice the apples.

Soak in dilute salt water to prevent oxidation.

Drain the apples, put them in a small pot, stir in brown sugar, cinnamon powder, cornstarch and wine.

Stir well and cook until thick, let cool and set aside.

Defrost the pie crust, roll it out a little thinner with a rolling pin, and roll it into a square shape.

Cut 12 equal parts with a knife.

Take one portion and put an appropriate amount of apple filling.

Cover with another piece of leather and press the edge tightly with a fork.

After everything is done, use a sharp knife to make a few strokes on the surface of the pie.

Brush with egg liquid.

Put it in a preheated 400F/200C oven, bake for 15-20 minutes, and the surface will be golden.

Let it cool for a while and you can eat it.
