Aroma Pineapple Shrimp Skewers

1. Adjust the Philips Airfryer to 180°C and preheat for 3 minutes.

2. Take out the pineapple, drain the water, cut into quarters and store aside for later use.

3. The shrimp is peeled and tailed, and the shrimp and pineapple are alternately filled with bamboo skewers, usually 3 shrimps in a bunch.

4. Put the shrimp skewers into the frying basket and "fry" at a constant temperature for 10 minutes.

5. Pour balsamic vinegar and sugar in a small saucepan and cook until it becomes a thick liquid, but not burnt.
