It’s been a long time since I made pizza. I made a 12-inch big pizza today. I was greedy and used more than ten prawns.

Tips:

1. In order to reduce the moisture flowing out of the pizza during baking, stir-fry the vegetables in advance to remove the moisture.
2. After the pizza crust is baked, if you don’t want to make it immediately, you can store it in the freezer compartment of the refrigerator. You can just take it out and put the filling when it is used. You don’t need to reheat it, just bake it.
