Assorted Seafood Pork Bone Soup

One pork bone, cut into 2 halves, right amount of abalone side, 4 dried sea prawns, 10 scallops, 3 ginger, and 2 candied dates.

Soak the abalone side for more than half an hour in advance, soak the other seafood for a few minutes in clean water, and then wash it clean.

Dried shrimp and shark fin can be washed with a toothbrush after soaking.
