Barbecued Pork and Chicken Drumsticks

Main ingredients: chicken leg (boneless) char siu sauce, oyster sauce, ginger

Remove the chicken skin and cut the chicken thighs into cubes larger than the thumb (the chicken skin is more fragrant, you don’t need to peel it if you like)

Put the chopped chicken into a bowl, add ginger, oyster sauce, and char siu sauce

Add cooking wine and stir well

Grab the well-mixed chicken and marinate for more than 2 hours

Take out the marinated chicken diced and skewer with bamboo skewers

Heat in an electric baking pan, brush with a little oil, and fry the chicken skewers

Fry it until slightly charred and then brush with a layer of char siu sauce

Tips:
1: The cut chicken diced must be marinated for more than two hours to be more delicious. If there is no time to marinate, you can grab a few more minutes with your hands.
2: When stringing, it is slightly separated in the middle to avoid adhesion, and secondly, it is more delicious.
