Bean Sprout Tommy Barley Strips

Cut rice barley into silk.

Pour oil into the pot and sauté the shallots and garlic.

Add the rice barley strips and stir-fry evenly.

Then add two large bowls of water and boil.

Put the bean sprouts to a boil and add a little chicken essence with salt and pepper. (Put some winter vegetables according to personal preference)
