2. Before rolling the sushi, please prepare two small bowls of salted water. Please use salted water in the palms of your hands every time you grab the rice (one bowl of soy sauce rice and the other bowl of white rice, so as to prevent the rice from skewing). Otherwise, your hands will be sticky and you can't do it anymore, so you will find it easier.
3. In order to make the prepared sushi taste more glutinous and Q, I specially added a handful of glutinous rice to it when cooking the rice. After trying it, I think the effect is quite good. Even if you can't finish eating it, put it in the refrigerator and take it out the next day. It's delicious. It feels a bit like eating rice dumplings!
