Beef and Chicken Fajitas

In a large pot, heat cooking oil over medium-high heat. When the oil is smoking, add the flank steak and chicken breast. Season with salt and pepper, add soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and Cajon seasoning. Cook for about 3-4 minutes to make the meat begin to change color.

When the meat is almost cooked, add the vegetables and cook for a minute or two. The vegetables should still be crispy, but already cooked.

Serve the plate with hot flour tortillas, sour cream and coriander.
