Beef Bone Broth

Soak beef bones and chicken racks in clean water for more than two hours, soak in bleeding water. It is best to change the water several times in between.

Then put the beef bones and chicken rack in a pot under cold water, add the ginger slices, and blanch the cooking wine

After the pot is boiled, remove the foam and remove it

Change the water pot again, bring it to a boil, and then clean it if there is any froth
5.
Add sliced ginger and green onion, cover and simmer for more than 3 hours
6.
The soup will be white in about three hours

Start seasoning, add salt, pepper and chicken essence.
