Beef Brisket Claypot
1.
The sirloin that I bought has been cut, clean it.
2.
Peel the white radish and cut into hob pieces for later use.
3.
After cleaning the material of the material bag, put it in the material bag and bind it. The amount of spice depends on your taste. Usually they are pepper, star anise, cinnamon, cloves, cumin, and licorice. Today I added wind vine and myrtle root (not available today).
4.
Wash the ginger and pat it flat.
5.
Add the sirloin, raw materials, ginger, a little salt, and a proper amount of water to the electric pressure cooker, cover and press for about half an hour.
6.
When the time is up, open the lid to check the softness of the sirloin, if possible, add the white radish, close the lid and press for another 15 minutes.
7.
When the time is up, open the lid, add chicken essence, pepper, and salt to adjust the flavor, put some coriander (unfortunately forgot to buy today), and start eating.
