Beef Casserole Soup

The supermarket buys the tile ditch part of yellow beef. The meat in this part contains muscle tendons, and everyone in the family likes it.

Two green radishes.

Cut beef into cubes and wash.

Wash the beef and drain the water.

Prepare the pepper, ginger and cinnamon. Pepper is good for removing fishy smell.

Stir fragrant ginger slices and pepper cinnamon in a wok.

Pour the beef and stir fry until the beef turns color.

Pour boiling water over the beef.

Bring the beef to a boil.

Pour the boiled beef into the pot with the soup.

Slowly simmer beef over low heat. The most tense moment, for fear of bursting. I reduced the fire to a small one and couldn't make it small.

When the beef stew, cut the radishes, and add an extra corn to add to the soup.

The beef broth was simmered for about an hour. The beef was soft and rotten. Pour the radish and corn.
14.
Add salt and wait until the radish and corn are cooked.
