Beef Sausage and Egg Sandwich

Eggs with black pepper and a pinch of salt to beat

Cut the beef intestines in half, fry them in a pan, and pour the egg liquid into it.

Tips:
1. I personally don't like to add salad dressing to sandwiches, but because of the bitter chrysanthemum, adding a little bit will taste better;
2. Cheese slices are used to increase the taste of the sandwich. If you like salad dressing, you can use salad dressing instead;
3. The egg is smoothly fried, so it is better to fill the whole toast;
4. Remember to wrap the whole toast with plastic wrap, otherwise it will easily fall apart.
