After thawing the frozen scallops and shrimps you bought, they are cleaned, and the shrimps are shelled and intestines removed.

Wash the broccoli and cut into small pieces.

Boil water in a skillet, add a little salt, oil and chicken essence, then put the broccoli in it and scald it.

Arrange the hot broccoli on a plate.
5.
In a separate pot, put the scallops and shrimp in a hot oil pan and stir-fry until cooked. Add a little salt and chicken essence before serving.
