Black Tea Brown Sugar Pearl Milk Tea

Prepare pearl black tea and brown sugar.

Pour water into the pot and boil a pot of hot water on high fire. The amount of water is ten times the weight of the pearls. After the water is boiled, add the pearls. Stir a little to prevent sticking to the bottom. Open the lid and cook on high heat.

Take out the pearls and put them in ice water to make the pearls more resilient.

Put brown sugar and water in a small pot, boil on high heat until it boils and the brown sugar is completely melted, remove the pearls from the ice water, and boil directly in the brown sugar water.
