Blue Sky and White Cloud Rio Cocktail

Use old yogurt or homemade yogurt for yogurt. Gelatine tablets or powder are available. If it is gelatin powder, use 5 grams.

Gelatine is softened with a small amount of water.

Melt in water and stir evenly.

Pour the blue rose flavor RIO into a large bowl.

Pour the melted gelatin water into a bowl.

Stir thoroughly with a spoon.

Cover with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator for more than 5 hours.

It should be refrigerated to make a cocktail.

Put the refrigerated yogurt into a piping bag and cut a small mouth, not a big mouth.

Scoop the cocktail jelly into the bottom of the cup.

Squeeze the yogurt into the wall of the cup and squeeze out random-shaped clouds. Then add an appropriate amount of wine jelly to cover the clouds, and so alternately complete.

A glass of blue sky and white cloud cocktail, looking at it is in a clear mood. Drinking it is more enjoyable.
Tips:
Gelatine can also be used gelatin powder, if it is powder, use 5 grams. It takes at least 5 hours to make the jelly. I refrigerated it overnight. If you are in a hurry, you can increase the amount of gelatine a little bit, but not too much. Too much will affect the taste and texture. When the weather is hotter, yogurt is best to be easy to form when the clouds are squeezed by refrigerating in advance.
