Boil Your Own Sweet, Sour and Healthy Plum Sauce without Additives!
1.
Clean the lemon, squeeze out the lemon juice and set aside
2.
Clean the plums and remove the pits, cut into small cubes, pour in lemon juice and rock sugar, and mix well
3.
Cover with plastic wrap and keep it in the refrigerator for more than 4 hours
4.
The frozen plums will have a lot of juice, and the rock sugar is almost melted. Pour into the pot, bring to a boil on medium and low heat, and stir with a silicone spatula.
5.
After boiling, use a colander to remove the foam
6.
Keep stirring with a silicone spatula to avoid sticking the pot. When the temperature of the jam reaches 103 degrees, reduce the heat and continue stirring until it thickens. The silicone spatula will pick up the jam and it will drip slowly and then turn off the heat.
7.
Put it into a sterilized glass bottle while it is hot
8.
Put it on and close the lid and snap it upside down immediately
9.
After the boiled jam is placed at room temperature for 3-7 days, put it in the refrigerator for storage, so that it can be stored for 2 to 3 months without spoiling. Take it with a water-free and oil-free spoon when eating.
10.
It can be dipped in steamed buns, spread on bread, served with yogurt, or soaked in water.
