Boiled Spiced Soy Pods

Whole yellow bean pods.

Spices: dried chili, bay leaves, star anise, cumin, cinnamon, tangerine peel, Chinese pepper.

Cut the soybean pods with scissors, soak them for a while, and wash them several times with clean water.

Drain the water.

Put a lot of water in the pot, pour the soybean pods, and add spices.

Mix salt and chicken powder.

Tips:
