As soon as winter comes, my family starts to cook a big pot of braised pork, which can be eaten for three to four days. For office workers who are working from 9 to 5, you can fry a vegetable, heat the meat, and eat it in 5 minutes. It’s happier than the takeaway box lunch. "

Braised Bamboo Shoot Meat

1. Cut the pork leg into pieces, wash and dry

2. Heat oil in a pan, heat about 6 layers, add ginger slices, and stir-fry pork

3. Stir-fry on high heat until the pork looks discolored, turn to medium heat

4. Soak the dried bamboo shoots in water one night in advance, boil for 20 minutes after the hair rises, remove and set aside

5. Pour the boiled bamboo shoots into the pot and stir fry with the pork

6. Add all the seasonings except rock sugar and stir well

7. Pour in meat-free water, cover and cook for about 30 minutes over medium heat. The lemon vinegar slices are the lemon slices in the lemon vinegar in my previous recipe.

8. Add yellow rock sugar, cook on low heat for 20 minutes, turn to high heat to collect juice

9. Color it and get out of the pot

Tips:

1. Lemon vinegar slices can remove the fishy meat, and at the same time make the meat softer and more delicious

2. The yellow rock sugar collects the juice to make the soup thicker
