Braised Beef Brisket Slices

Soak the sirloin into the water and then cut into 3mm thin slices, slice the ginger, peel the garlic and cut it in the middle, and cut the shallots into flowers.

Pour an appropriate amount of rapeseed oil into the wok, heat it up, add ginger slices and star anise and fry for a fragrance

Add the sliced sirloin and stir-fry evenly. Pour in the light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and wine for about two minutes. Continue to stir-fry for another two minutes. Add water to cover the beef. Cover and cook for 20 minutes.
