The steamed crab made the day before yesterday, the larger ones have been eaten up, and the smaller ones are left for cooking. My son likes the taste of soy sauce very much. These small crabs have thin skins and are often fried and eaten. When they are ready, they tasted. They are really good. "

Ingredients

Braised Crab in Soy Sauce

1. Cooked crabs

2. Break the crab in half from the middle, and remove the cheeks and mouth that cannot be eaten inside

3. Pick clean crabs

4. Shredded green onion and ginger

5. Cut green and red peppers

6. After the wok is heated, put an appropriate amount of peanut oil, you can put more noodle sauce and crabs, you need more oil

7. Heat the oil slightly and put an anise

8. After frying the flavor, add the noodle sauce and stir fry to create a flavor

9. Add green onion and ginger and continue to stir fry

10. Add green and red peppers and fry until soft

11. Put the crabs and stir fry

12. Because there was a lot of oil, no water was added, and the sauce was too much without salt. Stir fry until the crab is covered with sauce and it is almost ready.
