Braised Eel Tail

Wash the fresh eel tails and set aside.

Cut the eel tail into small pieces.
3.
Pour oil in the pot and cook until 70% of the heat. Stir out the dried chili seeds.
4.
Add the eel tail and stir slightly.
5.
Season with sugar and soy sauce.
6.
Add water to the eel.
7.
Cover the pot and cook on medium-high heat until the soup is thick and the sauce is sprinkled with chopped green onions.
8.
Serve out of the pot and serve.
