Braised Goose Fried Rice

1. Prepare ingredients.

2. Blanch the carrots, corn kernels, and sweet beans with a knife for 1 to 2 minutes.

3. After blanching, rinse and drain.

4. Add oil in a hot pan and fry carrots, corn, sweet beans.

5. Stir-fry for about 1 minute, then add rice and diced goose.

6. After adding the rice, stir-fry over medium heat until the rice will disperse and the center will be hot for about 2 minutes.

7. Add chicken powder and salt.

8. Add the braised goose soup.

9. Stir-fry evenly and add a little water.

10. After adding the water, sprinkle the pine nuts into the pot.

11. The fried stewed goose will be more fragrant.
