Braised Noodles with Beans

Tear the Longxu fresh noodles into small pieces.

Put the noodles in a steamer and steam for 10 minutes after airing.

Cut long beans into sections.

Slice the pork loin, add soy sauce, thirteen spices, salt and black pepper to marinate.

Heat oil in the pot, sprinkle with star anise and pepper to fry until fragrant.

Remove the star anise and peppercorns, pour in the meat slices and stir-fry quickly, then serve, leaving oil in the pot.

Pour in shallots and ginger until fragrant, continue to pour in the long beans and stir fry.

Stir-fry until 8 is mature, add pork slices, and stir-fry with long beans.

Pour the noodles and beans into the bowl.

Stir evenly.

Reload the noodles in the steamer and steam for 10 minutes after airing.
