Braised Octopus

1. Wash the hairtail first and cut it clean, then salt it for ten minutes.

Ginger shredded black bean sauce and dried chili set aside

Wrap the hairtail with some dried starch and fry it first

In another pan, sauté ginger and garlic tempeh, and add the fried octopus
