Braised Pork Feet

Rinse the pig's feet with water, clean the fur, put a few slices of ginger into the pot and boil with cold water.

Boil the water in the pot and let it boil for three to five minutes. Pour out the water and rinse off the pig's feet.

Put oil in the pot, put rock sugar to boil on low heat.

Drain the water from the pig's feet, pour it into a pot, stir-fry with sugar, and serve.

Put spices in the pot and sauté.

Pour the pig's feet into a frying pan and stir fry with spices.

Pour in a little cooking wine, half a spoon of dark soy sauce, two and a half spoons of light soy sauce, add water to the pot over the pig's trotter, then change to a low heat and simmer slowly.

Boil until the water is quick to dry, add a little rock sugar.

Stir fry non-stop on medium heat to collect water.
