Braised Pork Knuckles

Pour in the pig's hands and feet and stir-fry for a while, set aside, put the bottom oil in the pan, turn on medium to high heat, pour in 2 tablespoons of rock sugar, and fry until the sugar turns dark red;

Tips:
1. Red braised pork knuckles, generally have enough taste, salty and sweet enough to have a better quality;
2. Adding maltose to the end of the stew is to add a brighter color to the skin of the hands and feet. If you don't have maltose at home, you can use honey instead.
