Braised Pork Trotters

Prepare materials for use

Boil the purchased raw pig's trotter with boiling water to remove the foam, remove the pig's trotter, and pluck the pig's trotter that has not been plucked clean. After the pig's trotter is boiled, the hair can be plucked if it is good.

Pour hot oil into the pot. When it gets a little hot, put the old rock sugar in, change the heat to low, and slowly melt the rock sugar completely.

Pour the trotters into the stir-fry, and when the trotters are evenly colored, add star anise, ginger, etc.

This is adding cooking wine, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, and stir fry a little.

Add the boiled water, be sure to simmer the pig's knuckles, then cover the pot and cook for about an hour and 20 minutes. In the middle, change the heat to medium. When it is 10 minutes before the pot, put in the right amount of salt and continue. After the fire, when the time is up, simmer in the pot for 5 minutes.
