Braised Pork Trotters with Soy Sauce

Wash the trotters and chop them into small pieces.

Peel the lotus root.

Prepare ginger slices, green onions, etc.

Boil a pot of boiling water, add a few slices of ginger and cooking wine, put the trotters in to blanch water. Then remove it, clean it, and drain the water.

Cut lotus root into pieces.

Add oil in a hot pan, add sliced green onion and ginger and fry until fragrant, then add trotters and fry until slightly yellow on both sides.

Add salt, light soy sauce, sweet noodle sauce, sugar, fermented bean curd, and fry until the pig's feet are evenly colored. Cook a little cooking wine and stir fry.

Add clean water, surpass the trotters, turn to a low heat, cover and simmer for about 1 hour after the high heat is boiled. Finally, add the lotus root and open the lid to collect the juice.
Tips:
The sweet noodle sauce, fermented bean curd, and light soy sauce are added to the dishes, which are already salty, so there is no need to put salt.
